Nitro Fish
This is a up-close look at one of the top cars in the NSDRA. The Nitro Fish car was part of a two car team that reached the finals in all 6 events it was entered in this past year. The team captured 4 class titles out of 6 events this year. The final event both the Nitro Fish and Big Evil gave way to the rookie NTB car that was eliminated in round 1. In week three the Nitro Fish car took over for Big Evil, The top pro stock car (Big Evil) for team Brown/Matco which had red lighted at the home track (Death Race) in the finals. This opened the door for a champion to take over the spot light. The combined total points for these cars was 771 points, they averaged 110 points/week over a 7 week span. This included a track record at both tracks this year (.653) ET "Nitro Fish" @ Jeg's & (.674) ET 'Big Evil" @ Death race. Ask anyone track side who was the biggest Fish in the NSDRA pond and this car will have plenty of votes. This car also took down a heavily modified car in a track challenge. It's believe the car had polymer magnets and a 2.2 ohm rewind. See the NSDRA for footage of the event.
